FirstLight Home Care of Scottsdale is looking for non-medical Caregivers to work 12-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, 6-hour shifts, 4-hour shifts, days or nights, weekends or weekdays!
ALL Shifts Available - you give us your availability and we will match you up with AMAZING clients!
We are looking for caregivers that live in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek & surrounding areas throughout the Phoenix Valley in Arizona.
Pay starts at $18 and increases based on experience and clients served. We offer pay raises based on performance!

Caregiver Qualifications:
- Valid Drivers License (Required)
- Valid Car Insurance (Required)
- Reliable Transportation (Required)
- Must pass background check (Required)
- Experience in caregiving (Required)
- Dependable
- Physical endurance
- Fingerprint clearance card (preferred)
- Memory care experience (preferred)
- Incontinence and toileting experience (preferred)
- End of life care experience (preferred)
Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Continence and toileting care
- Walking and mobility assistance
- Preparing meals and ensuring proper nutrition
- Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe environment
- Medication reminders and basic health monitoring
- Shopping, errands and transportation
- Other duties as assigned
